We are now looking for a OT Security Manager for Nokian Tyres to oversee the development and implementation of information security policies, procedures, and controls for all Operational Technology units globally, with full ownership of related OT security services throughout their lifecycle.

Basic Information

• Location: Helsinki or Nokia
• Flexible hybrid working model
• Occasional travel, approximately 1–2 times per year abroad to visit factories, and monthly domestic travel between Helsinki and Nokia as needed
• Permanent, full-time role

Key Responsibilities and Main Tasks

• Leading creation of information security strategy, policies and development plan for OT
• Act as the primary contact person in information security related questions and issues for OT
• Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential information security threats and vulnerabilities in OT environment and related supply chain
• Leading the work and building relationships with OT operations and leadership across the organization to ensure effective implementation of information security policies, architecture and controls in OT
• Overseeing the deployment and maintenance of information security technologies and services together with respective OT and IT counterparts
• Managing information security incidents and breaches including investigations and remediation in OT environment
• Developing and implementing information security awareness trainings
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards
• Managing information security audits and assessments
• Keeping up to date with the latest threats and technologies and making recommendation for information security measures
• Reporting and bringing visibility to the status of OT security at Nokian Tyres

What Nokian Tyres expects from you

• At least 5+ years of experience in OT security
• Strong IT and/or operational technology and automation technical background with knowledge of industry OT security standard frameworks (e.g. NIST and ISO27001) and best practices
• Master or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology/Operational Technology, or related field
• Ability to present ideas and topics in multiple formats including in-person presentations to stakeholders and able to translate technical terms into non-technical
• Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with constant deadlines and shifting priorities independently and effectively
• Ability to make critical decisions on timely manner and confidently
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills in English
