Your role as General Manager
Amesto AccountHouse is looking for a General Manager, as a part of Amesto's plan to expand into the Finnish market. The role is crucial for establishing a presence in Finland, focusing initially on sales and later team management. General Manager will have full P&L responsibility in Finland. You will be the first employee in Finland and will be responsible for building your own team in the future.

General Manager will report to Siri Nilssen, Amesto AccountHouse CEO, based in Norway. The preferred location for the role is the Helsinki metropolitan region, but other cities are also considered. The role requires travelling in Finland and occasionally in the Nordics.

What Amesto AccountHouse is expecting

• Minimum of 3 years of payroll and accounting experience
• Sales experience with proven track record
• Strategic planning experience: developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
• People management experience: hiring, training, motivating and evaluating employees
• Financial management experience: controlling budgets, managing revenue and ensuring profitability
• Previous P&L responsibility is an advantage
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills
