iCare - Product Marketing Manager, Tonometry

What if you could own the go-to-market strategy for the global market-leading tonometry portfolio — and have a direct, measurable impact on how iCare maintains and grows its leadership position?
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Tonometry who combines deep market understanding with strategic commercial thinking, to take on full market-facing ownership of iCare's tonometry portfolio. Travel: Up to 50% globally (conferences, customer visits, distributor and KOL meetings)
Contract: Permanent position
Preferred start: As soon as possible
Reports to: Head of Product Marketing
Key activities & responsibilities
This is a highly strategic, market-facing role — your work alternates between leading go-to-market launches across teams and shaping the strategy behind them: market research, value proposition, pricing logic, and pre-launch preparation. Roughly half your time is spent directly with external stakeholders.
Define target markets and priorities for the tonometry portfolio
Own customer segmentation, value proposition, and pricing logic
Drive go-to-market strategy and launch sequencing for new products
Ensure regulatory and market-access constraints inform launch decisions
Monitor market dynamics and translate insights into commercial recommendations
Collaborate across product, sales, marketing, and regulatory teams during launches
What are we looking for?
You are a great match if you have:
Academic degree in Biomedical Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Electrical or Management Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management or adjacent strategic roles
Background in medical devices, diagnostics or regulated HW+SW environments
Strong analytical thinking; able to translate analysis into actionable business decisions
Experience in complex, cross-functional, international organisations
Business-oriented mindset with comfort operating under imperfect information
Fluent English required; other languages an advantage
Willingness to travel up to 50% globally
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Considered an advantage
Background in ophthalmology, ideally within diagnostic devices
Familiarity with tonometry or anterior segment diagnostics
Exposure to global product launches in regulated medical markets
Why iCare?
This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a genuinely strategic product marketing role at the global market leader in tonometry. You will own market-facing decisions for the portfolio that is the primary profit driver for the group — from pricing logic and positioning to go-to-market strategy and launch sequencing — in a company where your work translates directly to global patient outcomes.
With new product launches in the pipeline and a strategic ambition to expand into anterior segment diagnostics, there is meaningful strategic work to shape from the ground up. You will have a direct line to senior leadership and the opportunity to present strategic recommendations to the board. The role offers a permanent contract in a stable, financially solid company with a strong track record of growth.
