We are currently looking for a IT Manager - Cloud and On-prem Datacenter to join Oriola's team located in Espoo. As part of Oriola's Digital & IT organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of their infrastructure and cloud services.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing infrastructure operations across on-premises and cloud environments, driving cloud adoption, overseeing service providers, and ensuring that Oriola's infrastructure capabilities support business growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with architecture, network, cybersecurity, application teams, and external partners to continuously improve Oriola's technology landscape.

Skills & Requirements

Personal and experience Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading and managing cloud and datacenter infrastructure services, including platform operations, infrastructure lifecycle management, and operational excellence.

• Experience in managing teams, service providers, or technology operations.

• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure environments consisting of cloud and on-premises data centers.

• Experience with Cloud services, including networking, governance, security, and cloud operations.

• Understanding of server, storage, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and enterprise network technologies.

• Technical knowledge and capability to operate and troubleshoot on-prem servers

• Experience with IT service management practices (ITIL) and vendor management.

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure security principles, identity management, and compliance requirements.

• Experience in capacity planning, performance management, and technology lifecycle management.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Full professional proficiency in Finnish and English.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and continuous improvement mindset.

• Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead Datacenter and Cloud operations services.

• Ensure uninterrupted and fit for purpose Cloud and Datacenter services.

• Manage complex changes and projects in own responsibility area.

• Manage service providers and ensure agreed service levels are achieved.

• Ensure infrastructure availability, performance, scalability, and resilience.

• Lead Infrastructure governance, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Drive modernization of IT platforms and operational processes.

• Manage capacity planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational risk mitigation.

• Maintain infrastructure standards, policies, and documentation.

• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities related to infrastructure services.

• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, network, cybersecurity, application teams and service desk.

Terms of Employment:
