We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in investor relations and listed company operations. In this role, you will be responsible for Glaston’s investor relations and corporate communications. We value proactive, flexible and hands-on approach, as well as the confidence to take ownership of responsibilities in a listed company environment. While you work independently, you are also a collaborative team player.

This is what your work is about

• Writing and publishing interim reports, annual reports, stock exchange and press releases, preparing investor presentations, Q&A’s, other IR communications materials and leading the Glaston interim reporting process and coordination

• Managing investor communications efficiently responding to inquiries and requests

• Communicating and developing Glaston’s equity story

• Organizing and participating in investor events

• Organizing and preparing materials for Annual General Meetings

• External corporate communications. Company website: owner of investor and sustainability content. Key user for release distribution platform.

This is your preferred background

• In-depth knowledge and solid experience working in a listed company environment and a good understanding of financial reporting, stock market regulations, and investor communications

• Higher education/Academic master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, business, finance, communications)

• Fluency in both Finnish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
