CRM Owner

Icare Finland Oy is looking for a CRM Owner for the Hubspot CRM system, covering both Sales and Marketing.
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for CRM user management, plan and maintain automation workflows, improve the CRM infrastructure, and support Sales and Marketing (S&M) activities. You will also work closely with Digital Marketing to optimize marketing and sales funnels. This is a new role with the opportunity to shape it over time and develop processes that support the company’s growth.
Basic Information
- Location: Vantaa, Finland
- Remote work: Hybrid model. In general, two days in a week are office days.
- Travelling: includes occasional travelling meeting the team.
- Permanent, full-time role
- Flexible starting date, as per agreement
The Role
In this role, you will report to the Global Marketing Communications Director and work as part of an international team. Your responsibilities will include:
- CRM Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the CRM system to ensure they align with business objectives.
- System Utilization: Leverage CRM tools and automation to unlock the full potential of the system, improving operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Data auditing & cleaning: Regularly audit and clean CRM data to maintain high-quality, accurate information in accordance with the GDPR.
- Sales Funnel Optimization: Build, monitor, and optimize sales funnels to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Building and managing the sales automation workflows
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards to track CRM performance, sales funnel effectiveness, and data quality metrics.
- Automation of CRM processes: Identify manual processes and workflows within the CRM and design automated solutions to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
- Develop the role of HubSpot in the company to e.g. integrate other tools like ERP.
- Provide technical support for all things related to HubSpot.
- Manage the users in HubSpot
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on CRM best practices and system usage.
Skills and Experience
The right person has:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing CRM in HubSpot
- Experience in creating, managing and optimizing the sales funnel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to identify process gaps and automation opportunities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team
- Knowledge of compliance of GDPR and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and Finnish, written and spoken
