As Sales Manager, Predictive Maintenance, Nordics, you’ll drive growth across a high-potential market by promoting Schaeffler’s award-winning Lifetime Solutions portfolio, including condition monitoring systems, smart lubricators, energy monitoring tools, bearing services, and remanufacturing. You'll work directly with industrial MRO customers and service partners to win new business, grow market share, and launch innovative solutions. This role combines strategic sales, hands-on customer engagement, and collaboration with technical and product teams, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of predictive maintenance in the Nordic region.
Basic information
- Location: Jyväskylä
- Hybrid working model: Hybrid setup with in-office presence required every second Monday; otherwise flexibility to work from a home office
- Traveling: Approximately 3 days per week within Finland, and 3–7 weeks per year of international travel, primarily within Scandinavia
- Permanent, full-time role
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell Predictive Maintenance Solutions to the Industrial MRO market in Scandinavia (Nordics Region) via direct and indirect sales channels.
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies and projects to grow mid- and long-term market share including acquisition of new customer.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding the customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate requirements in cooperation with the customer/contractor for the preparation of technical offers.
- Close alignment with the Schaeffler sales organizations und Lifetime Solutions Product Groups.
- Support the market launch of new products.

The offering includes advanced solutions such as condition monitoring systems, automated lubrication, energy monitoring tools, bearing mounting equipment, and remanufacturing services, all designed to extend asset life and improve plant reliability.

What we are looking for
- Relentless drive and ownership to achieve and exceed targets and close deals
- Several years of relevant professional experience in sales in industrial MRO markets (e.g. pulp&paper, mining, raw materials, food&beverage, etc.), especially opportunity, offer and partner management
- Several years of professional experience in predictive maintenance and condition monitoring advantageous
- Knowledge of rolling bearing technology and process industry advantageous
- University degree in a relevant field of technology or business e.g., mechanical, or electrical engineering or comparable qualification with appropriate further professional training
- Ability to build strong relationships both with maintenance personnel at the factory-floor level and with senior management
- Reliable computer skills in ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce)
- Fluent in spoken and written Finnish and English, further language skills e.g., Swedish advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally within Europe
