Arctic GM Experiences Oy - CEO

Arctic GM Experiences traces its roots to an old Lapland family heritage: the founders come from the region and have deep generational ties to the Arctic environment. Motivated by a vision to offer a more authentic, high-quality traveler and employee experience than the more transactional operators, they established Arctic GM to combine tradition, respect for Arctic nature, and superior service. Arctic GM builds on 20 generations of Arctic heritage, with family roots spanning from Rovaniemi in Finland to Tromsø in Norway.
Arctic GM is a rapidly growing tour operator now entering its third fiscal year. Over this period, the company has achieved more than 700% growth, reaching over €4.2 million in revenue.
Arctic GM offers a full range of Arctic experiences, all managed in-house by their own team. The offering includes Northern Lights tours as the company’s flagship product and safaris, such as husky & reindeer safaris, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice fishing, canoeing, wilderness expeditions, and guided nature tours.
Arctic GM has earned top-tier recognition internationally. In 2025, the company became the first-ever operator in Lapland to receive the Tripadvisor Best of the Best Award, placing Arctic GM in the top 1% of over 8 million travel companies worldwide.
We are now seeking a CEO to lead the company through its next phase of high-growth expansion, strengthening the organization, and scale operations across multiple countries. The CEO will strengthen the organization by building key capabilities, ensure that the company maintains its high-quality standards while scaling, and make strategic decisions on where and how to expand sustainably. The role includes preparing the team and structure for increasing business volumes, supporting continued growth in core markets, and laying the groundwork for future international expansion.
