Are you ready to take the lead in shaping our digital future? We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Owner to join Kolster and play a key role in developing and enhancing our ServiceNow-based ERP environment.

Key responsibilities

As our ServiceNow Platform Owner, you will have a leading role in designing, building, and continuously improving our platform.

Your work will include, e.g.:

• ServiceNow platform development, customization, and lifecycle management

• Ensuring effective integration with the existing IT environment

• Designing and optimizing workflows, modules, and integrations

• Proactive and timely improvement of system functionality and user experience

• Cross-functional collaboration with business and operations stakeholders

• Workshop facilitation, end-user training, and change enablement

• Identifying issues, implementing solutions, and enhancing digital capabilities

• Primary contact for our Service-Now collaboration partners

What are we looking for?

You are a great match if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent field

• ServiceNow System Administration certification (minimum requirement)

• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and ServiceNow Service portal.

• ServiceNow scripting and development skills with Best practise –principles.

• Proven working experience as a solutions/technical developer or relevant experience (min. 3-5 yrs)

• Experience in training, writing user instructions, project management, integration projects, and stakeholder management

• A proactive, self-driven mindset
