Berner MedLab - Nordic Tender Manager

Berner is now looking for a
NORDIC TENDER MANAGER
In this newly created role, you will drive the strategic development of tender operations across the Nordics, working in a matrix capacity together with tender professionals across Berner's businesses and countries, while directly leading the Finnish tender and pricing team. You will report to Medlab Development Director.
The role combines strategic vision with practical execution. Key areas include building and deepening relationships with procurement authorities, healthcare providers and industry organizations across the Nordics, and engaging proactively in policy discussions to support well-functioning procurement processes, always with customers and their end users at the center.
Working closely with commercial, product, service and regulatory teams, you will ensure cross-functional readiness, develop aligned tender strategies across all Nordic countries and business lines, and drive the adoption of automation, playbooks and digital tools. Analyzing market feedback and tender outcomes to drive continuous improvement is a central part of the position, as is ensuring all activities meet Berner's high standards for ethics, compliance and sustainability.
To succeed in this role, you have substantial experience in tendering, market access or public affairs in healthcare, medtech or related fields, with a proven track record in the Nordic market. You bring established relationships and networks across the Nordic healthcare, medtech or procurement landscape, strong analytical and commercial acumen, and excellent leadership and communication skills. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to lead a direct team while building alignment across organizational boundaries are essential. Experience in pricing strategy is an advantage. You are fluent in English, Finnish and Swedish.
