Cash in Consulting (Confirma Finance) - Country Manager, Finland

Cash-In Consulting Oy, part of the Nordic Confirma Software Group, is entering a new phase of development in Finland. As the company is evolving, the company is looking for an ambitious Country Manager to take responsibility for the Finnish operations and lead the organization into its next stage.
This is a key leadership role with a clear mandate to strengthen performance, modernize ways of working, and build a more goal-oriented and customer-focused organization. The role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on leadership and close collaboration with both customers and the Nordic organization.

Office location: Teirinkatu 6, Vaasa
Work model: Mainly office-based role
Travelling: Occasional travelling in Finland and in the Nordics, around 30-40 days per year
Contract: Permanent, full-time role

Organization
The Country Manager will be leading the operations of Confirma Finance/Cash-In Consulting in Finland, which currently employs approximately 50 people, primarily based in Vaasa. The role reports to the Nordic Business Leader, Christer Eriksson, General Manager of Financial Solutions at Confirma Software.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
The Country Manager leads the Confirma Finance/Cash in Consulting business in Finland including operational performance, commercial development, and organizational leadership. The role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on execution, requiring you to be closely involved in both daily operations and key customer relationships. You will play a central role in strengthening performance, developing ways of working, and driving the business forward in line with the company’s growth ambitions.
The key activities for this role are:
Lead and develop the business, ensuring high quality of delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Drive the execution of the business plan and the achievement of growth targets
Lead daily operations and support team performance, while developing a more structured and accountable organization
Build and implement a KPI-driven, performance-oriented, and client-focused culture
Lead Key Account Management and personally manage key client relationships
Drive business development by analysing performance, identifying improvement areas, and expanding into new customer segments
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of the team, and ensure the implementation of common Nordic tools and processes
Collaborate closely with Nordic management, other Country Managers, and key stakeholders to support overall business development

The ideal candidate has:
Proven experience in a customer-oriented B2B service business
Experience in operational leadership and team management
Strong understanding of business performance and KPIs
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Experience working with key accounts and customer relationships
Relevant educational background
Fluent level of Finnish and English. Swedish is considered an advantage.
